One double room available in a four bedroom flat in Latymer Court, Hammersmith. Will be sharing with three 3rd year male students (2 Chemical Engineering and 1 Mechanical Engineering).

The room is fully furnished, with a rent of £140 per week for 38 weeks, starting from October the 6th till the end of June.

The rent will include gas, a porter and 24 hour security.

The flat includes a kitchen, living room, washer and a dryer.

It is easy to get to uni via a 20 minute bus ride on the number 9/10 bus which stops outside the apartment. It is a 5 minute walk to Hammersmith station.
