Hey all,

Im looking for one more housemate to live with me and two other Imperial PhD medics in the wonder that is Latymer court

Latymer Court is a flat complex situated minutes away from Hammersmith Station and local bus routes.
There is:

24 hour porter/security

There is now only one room available.

The room is a large double room
-inbuilt desk
-inbuilt wardrobes and drawers
-South facing (quieter side)

The flat has;
4 double rooms in total
Large Kitchen/diner (All appliances)
2 large bathrooms (so there is no morning scramble)
Dishwasher
Washer/Dryer
Central heating

Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity and heating) except
Phone, Internet and water rates

Room £120 PW

You will be living with final year PhD medics and a junior doctor (can you believe).

The rooms are available from the start of JULY

No smokers
No cat/dog owners
