A SINGLE room is available after 8th August, 190p/m. It's in Sydenham(Zone 3), but transport links are excellent. Walking distance to bus and train station (7 minutes walk to Sydenham station and 5 minutes walk to Penge east station) which get you to Victoria or London Bridge within 20 minutes, Health and Leisure centres, Lidl, Somerfield, Sainsbury and high street stores, etc. It's about 45 mins from the flat to the south kensington campus.
