looking for flatmates to rent a flat together

hey, Im a female undergraduate student. Really wanna find somebody to share a flat or house in this coming Sep. or Oct. I prefer girls, but guys r OK. Anybody wanna find a place to stay with me? I didnt rent any plat yet. I want to find the flatmates first, then go to rent a flat together.

i guess i will be interested in joining you if we can find a nice house but not expensive. I dont mind the size of the room actually. Sharing a house will be the best.
