Amenities & Utilities:
- 24mbps internet connection (bethere.co.uk) costing you extra £8 per month
if you wish to use it
- Flat keeps very warm and so rarely need to use heating
- Gas used for heating, water heating, cooker
- Gas & Electricity are on a quarterly billing system (cheaper than pay-go)
The area:
- 5 minutes walk from centre of Canary Wharf and lots of shops & restaurants (as well as london underground)
- 1 minute walk from the nearest DLR station
- 5 minutes walk from riverboat services
- only 10-20 minutes to the O2, Greenwich and many other entertainment areas
- only maximum 30 minutes into the west end
- Crime levels are low and we have not run into any trouble. Police station right opposite the building and nearby DLR station.

£482 per calendar month rent
£600 initial deposit
Landlord very willing to fix all things broken and deposit protected by Government scheme.
Needs to be rented out by April 5th, moving in April 6th.
