Muslim Medics
The name is misleading, as the society is exclusive to neither Muslims nor medics. While the core focus remains on academic support for medical students, the society is diverse enough to encompass everything from key note lectures and seminars to simple get togethers and sporting events.
We strive to be a reliable source of support, both academically and otherwise, that is as indispensable as your course itself! Our power is in being able to do what we, as students, want to do. We are a society always open to suggestions and want to provide the service that our students want and need. Our work also spreads to the wider community, with workshops for potential students lost in the sea of UCAS applications and personal statements.
Ultimately, we’re here to help students however we can and we have a great time doing it! Come and meet us at the Freshers’ Fair and you’ll see for yourself.
