Football - Womens
The Imperial College Women's Association Football is a great way to meet others with the same passion for football. We compete in the University of London (ULU) and the British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) league for most Sundays and Wednesdays. We are also in the BUCS cup and indoor football tournament.
We train every Monday evening at the Sports Grounds at Harlington with a qualified coach provided by the Queens Park Rangers, and we provide the opportunity to train with professional clubs, either the Old Actonians or Queens Park Rangers ladies FC, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We are also a very social club with regular Wednesday night fun at the union as well as our organised annual events such as the Christmas Dinner, the Annual Dinner and pub crawls.
Past football tours in the summer have taken us to Oxford, Bristol and further still to Croatia, South Africa, Sicily and most recently, Zurich.
Anyone is welcome to join our club and to come to training. We have no trials so there is no reason to feel shy, so get in touch!
