ArtsFest 2008, Imperial's music, theatre and dance spectacular is happening 11 - 15 February. Packing in a week of great shows, ArtsFest 2008 is the first week of over a month of events at Imperial! Green Week, Fairtrade Fortnight, RAG Week and Healthy Living Week all follow making this the busiest term for campaigning in Imperial's history.

13:00 Charity Concert – Tanaka Foyer – FREE ENTRY!
In aid of Theatre Crossroads (www.theatre‐crossroads.org), this concert sees two of the premier music groups at Imperial, ICSO and IC Choir, collaborate to bring us a concert of the highest quality. Including extracts from Handel's Messiah and some solo items performed by
each group.
16:30 Guest Lecture – Read LT – FREE ENTRY!
This will, without a doubt, be the best hour you have spent in a lecture theatre. Given by the fascinating and entertaining Roderick Swanston, the talk is entitled ‘Music and the Invention of a Nation’.

A romantic evening with a great selection of music from the instantly recognisable Big Band.

19:30 Finale Concert and Party – Great Hall
Tickets £3, or £4 with an exclusive ‘Artsfest 2008’. T‐Shirt The Big Party at the end of a remarkable week, be sure to buy your tickets early for this fantastic event with dancing, playing, singing and an amazing atmosphere followed by a big party in the Union for all attendees to the concert. This promises to be a wonderful occasion!
