How Do I Login?
There are many ways to login to imperialcollegeunion.org, below are the three types of people who can login to the site. Find out which one you are and follow the instructions.
I'm a current Imperial College London student or staff member.
All you need to do is use your College username and password in the box on the right.
Problems?
- I'm a new Imperial College London student and do not yet know my College username and password.
All you need to do is register your College ICT account by going to College ICT Account Activation
- I have forgotten my password.

- I know my College username and password but it doesn't work.
We rely on data from a number of sources to pre-create accounts for all College members, as such our data may not as up-to-date as we would like. Please contact unionwebhelp@imperial.ac.uk

I'm a Life Member of the Union.
If you have only recently graduated, you may still be able to use your College username and password. Otherwise you can use your CID as your username and your date of birth in the format (ddmmyyyy) as your password in the blue box on the right.
If you are not a Life Member and are an ex-Imperial College London student you can purchase your Life Membership online here.
Problems?
- I don't know my CID.
Your CID is an eight digit number that would have been on your College Identification Card and on all correspondance between College and yourself. If you still don't know your CID please contact unionwebhelp@imperial.ac.uk
- It doesn't work!

I'm an Imperial College London Alumnus
Unless you have graduated since 2007 you will need to create yourself a new account. You can register to be a member of this site and to purchase products, however you cannot purchase Club or Society memberships online. Register here.
Once you have registered you can use your email address you registered with as your username and the password you chose during registration as your password in the blue box on the right.

You can go to the login page, enter your email address you used during registration and the select "I've forgotten it, I'd like a new one." from the buttons below. You will then be emailed a new password
