Handball
The Imperial College Handball Club is one of the most recently founded clubs but one of the most interesting ones.
Haven't heard of Handball? Handball is an indoor team sport where two teams of seven players each (six players and a goalkeeper) pass and bounce a ball trying to throw it in the goal of the opposing team. It's a very fast and tactical as well as physically demanding sport which YOU shouldn't miss out on.
After an exciting first year of existence comprised of several matches and training sessions, we finished off with a challenging University Tournament in France which we plan to attend again in the years to come. This year’s aim will be to extend the club in different ways, so that in the long run we can successfully join the BHL (British Handball League).
We are a chilled out team always up for a few pints after training and other social events. So come along and have a go!
