FRESHERS! We bring you one of the most awesome and exciting clubs at Imperial! This is your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing and most popular clubs at Imperial! ICSM Badminton will be the most important thing you do this year - including your exams! We welcome ALL players of ANY level of skill, whether you've got too many trophies to count or if you've never even seen a shuttlecock before!
REMEMBER, OUR CLUB IS FOR MEDICS AND NON-MEDICS - WE WELCOME EVERYONE !!!
For those hoping to reach the Olympics by the end of the year, we have four highly competitive teams of singles and doubles players! Our teams just keep getting better and having had 3 promotions in the last 3 years we are always looking for fresh talent! So whether you’ve competed for county all your life or played in school, why not come to our trials at start of term?
For our novices, our friendly session boasts an incredible atmosphere and gives us all a chance to meet each other, keep fit and by the end of the year, you really won't believe how much you've improved!! Besides all the league action, we are incredibly social! We have epic drinking circles at sports nights and will embarking on the now annual New Year's Student Badminton Tour in Holland! Not forgetting a trip to the All England Championships in Birmingham a tour to Southampton and numerous social meetings, you really won't want to miss out! I've spent all my time at imperial being a part of it and this club is enough to make your degree worthwhile!
