Hi all,

I run the Skydiving club here, and will be doing something a little special this weekend...

I'd be jumping anyway, so I may as well be semi naked and raise some money! Anyone feel like sponsoring me? If you pledge enough I may even go completely starkers..... ;-)

It is to raise money for and awareness of testicular and prostate cancer -- a good cause, and one that is often under-represented in terms of charity fund-raising. This is from the website:

Each year, 25,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer in the UK and 10,000 die of the disease.
Testicular cancer mostly affects men between the ages of 20 and 35. Brothers, fathers or sons of testicular cancer patients have up to a ten-fold increased risk of developing the disease themselves. More than 96 per cent of testicular cancer cases can be cured if caught at an early stage. Research into testicular and prostate cancer is under funded, despite the alarming number of cases each year.
