The room, which has been freshly refurbished, has a double bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, set of shelves, side cabinet and large desk. Its window overlooks the garden and will be double-glazed at the end of the month.
The rest of the house includes a large well-stocked kitchen, breakfast area, bathroom, separate downstairs shower room, living room, TV (with cable), wireless broadband, garden and garage with space for a bicycle or scooter.

Current occupants are a male junior barrister (IC graduate) and female clinical medical student (IC), aged 29 and 26 respectively (not a couple). We're non-smoking.

We’re a 20 minute cycle ride from South Kensington and Charing X campuses, a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction, a 2 minute walk from Wandsworth Common, and close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Northcote Road, St John’s Hill and Wandsworth.

Bills are payable (though with the cheapest Council tax in country), and cable TV subscription plus broadband internet is included in rent. Another student would take ¼ off the Council tax (to £15 pcm per person).
