Putney SW15 1EP: A small double room in a quiet shared 3-bedroom flat is available for short let between June 6th and July 31st (not necessarily the full period). The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage space (shelving, bedside table etc), but there is not enough space for a desk as well.
However, there is a sunny and spacious shared living room with a dining table, two sofas, TV and views over the river and the south of London. The flat also has one bathroom (shower over bath) and a bright well-equipped kitchen
with gas hobs and washing machine. There is space for secure bicycle storage in the basement.
Broadband/wireless internet is available, and all bills are included in the price of £130pw.
The current flatmates are both quiet and tidy with busy lives and
interests in sport, music, culture and travel. No party animals please; also no couples, smokers or pets. The location is fantastic,
right by Putney Bridge for bus connections to central, south and west London (30 minutes to Imperial College) and also just 5 minutes walk to the tube at Putney Bridge and the mainline Putney station. Many shops and restaurants available on Putney High Street, just around the corner. Putney is a friendly and safe area of London, with very
pretty walks beside the river and plenty of green space despite being in Zone 2.
The start date is flexible but you must vacate the room by August 1st at the latest. Contact Erica on e.thompson07 at imperial for more details or to arrange viewing
