I have a spare double room in my flat in the lovely Brook Green in West London from 1 January 2010 with a rent of £555/month. Would suit a student, postgrad or young professional and you would be living with a female PhD/medical student.

The flat is conveniently located: 2 min from Olympia (London Overground), 7 min walk from Hammersmith station (district/piccadilly line) and 7 min walk from Shepherds Bush (central line) as well as various buses (220, 72, 283).

The room is a spacious double and is unfurnished (with a resident IKEA wardrobe). The rest of the flat is furnished with all modcons (bathroom-great shower, kitchen, living/dining room). The flat is situated on Blythe road, near 3 great pubs, launderette, delicatessen, coffee shops, various restaurants and all the amenities and shops of Shepherds Bush and Kensington High St. There are also tennis courts on Brook Green.
