It's in Sydenham(Zone 3), but transport links are excellent. Walking distance to bus and train station (7 minutes walk to Sydenham station and 5 minutes walk to Penge east station) which get you to Victoria or London Bridge within 20 minutes, Health and Leisure centres, Lidl, Somerfield, Sainsbury and high street stores, etc. It's about 45 mins from the flat to the south kensington campus. The double room is available on 30th August. It's £70/W for the normal double room, £77/w for the king size double room(changed from a huge living room). If a couple or two people wanna take it, the price is £400/m.
