Club & Society Forms
To help your club run efficiently and to ensure that the Union has all the relevant information to enable your club to exist within our structure, there are a number of forms that we need completed. Some of these are compulsory for your Club to exist, others are specific to certain activities and events.
On this page you will be able to download all the forms and information leaflets that you need to run your club in an efficient, safe and legal way. Club & Society training, held in the Summer Term is your opportunity learn what forms are needed, why they are needed and how to complete them.
