Wushu
Never heard of Wushu? “Wushu” literally means “Martial Arts” in Chinese language, and it is a blanket term covering all Chinese martial arts. Our aim is to teach and to practise Chinese martial arts as they are taught in China.
We run a broad range of classes including Modern Wushu, Shaolin Wushu, Taiji, various seminars and trips to London gymnastics centre. We do a lot of performance throughout the year in various events such as: IC Artsfest, IC International Night, V&A Museum event and “East meets West” which is the biggest student-hosted event in the U.K.
It’s not all 'No Pain No Gain'; we have lots of socials such as club dinners and film nights showing Kung Fu films and our own films. People without any experience of martial arts or sports are welcome; just come along and experience the authentic Chinese Martial Arts.
