Taekwondo is the Korean martial art of kicking and punching. This martial art is perfect for building stamina, improving flexibility, self-discipline, learning self-defence skills, and developing confidence.
Whether you are continuing your Taekwondo training from elsewhere or you are first-timer, Taekwondo offers the chance for you to train at your own pace and in a friendly environment. We practice the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF, Olympic) style of Taekwondo but everyone is welcome to join us. The first class is free so you have nothing to lose.
