One of the ancient games of China, sometimes known as Chinese Dominoes, this game has in recent years developed a much more modern following with tournaments starting to appear around the world. We welcome both experienced players and those with the patience to learn. You can learn the game in one evening but becoming a master will take much longer.
Mah Jong is a game involving both skill and chance which can both frustrate and enlighten you. Patience and a good head for numbers and patterns help you to overcome your opponents.
We aim to meet at least once a week so that people can sit down and just unwind playing a few games among friends. Members of the society can also rent Mah Jong sets for a small fee if they want to play with friends in their own time.
