Jazz and Rock
The Jazz and Rock society is Imperial's long running live music club that has been serving Imperial's musicians, bands and budding rock stars for over 50 years. Whether you want to perform, practice, sound engineer, or just enjoy listening to live music, we can cater for your needs.
We run a well-equipped practice room in Beit's West Wing basement, which is available exclusively for our members, kitted out with drums, guitar and bass amps, a keyboard and a PA system. It's also incredibly cheap!
Additionally, we hold regular jam and gig nights for those wishing to get on stage, enjoy some local acts, or try their hand at sound engineering. Whether you're a new musician or an up-and-coming producer, we're here to give you a chance to develop your skills and meet like-minded individuals.
