Fencing
Do you feel like stabbing your friends? Want to experience pleasures of the flèche? Then why not try fencing? Fencing is a sport which will improve your overall fitness, build your agility and increase your stamina. We fence all three weapons (foil, epee and sabre) both steam and electric. We gained a gold at last year’s BUSA individual championship, international medals as part of ULU and our BUSA teams are consistently highly ranked in their leagues.
It doesn’t matter whether you’ve never fenced before or you’re a master of the sport. Most of our new fencers are novices so there are lots of other people to learn with. If you want to have a go just turn up to one of our training sessions (your first session is free) in T-shirt, tracksuit trousers and trainers and have a go. En garde! Etes-vous prêts?Allez!
