Badminton
Badminton is a sport for everyone. Anyone can pick up a racket and play a fun game within minutes. At Imperial College Badminton Club, we cater for everyone.
The HIGHLIGHT of joining the Imperial Badminton Club this year is you will receive a coloured shuttle key ring! Want more Badminton and like to "SWEEP" events? No problem! Most of them are being organised.
We have regular club sessions every Monday and Friday in Ethos, where you can meet new people and enjoy some great badminton. All playing levels are welcome. Friendly session managers and some team members will lead you to enjoyable sessions.
We also run events such as club tournaments, our annual trip to the All England Open Badminton Championships, and social events such as dinners (possibly with karaoke afterwards!).
Those with a more competitive edge can try out for the teams. We have two men’s teams, a ladies’ team and a mixed team, and they compete in the BUCS leagues. Brilliant team spirit + always hunting for good players + reputable Coach = SUCCESS + remarkable results!
